All items are final sale and may not be returned. If there is a problem with your item please contact me and we will find a solution. 

I ship through USPS and provide tracking. Once tracking is provided, I am no longer responsible for your package. If a product is lost or damaged by USPS, I am not responsible. If you wish to purchase a replacement of a damaged product, I will provide a discount code, assuming the product is replaceable. Once tracking is sent, please keep an eye out for your package. Packages are waterproofed within reason but exposure to elements still isn't great for it, and packages can be stolen, if this occurs I am not responsible for replacing your product. 

Stickers are sent without tracking, so if your stickers never arrive I will replace them.
